What's Changing?

The HR module will now allow the letter B to be used in Irish PPS Numbers.

Reason for the Change

To comply with PPS Number formatting, set out by the Irish Government.

Customers Affected

All customers with employees at Irish locations, and HR module users.

Release Note Info/Steps

To locate an employee's PPS Number,

• Go to HR module > Employees > Employee List > search for and select Employee
• Go to Employee Info > Personal Details
• Scroll down to the 'Other Details' section, tick Irish PPS Number and enter the PPS Number into the NI Number field

Normal validation on Irish PPS Numbers applies, requiring seven numbers followed by one or two letters, which can be A, B, H or W.
