The HotSchedules Reporting tab allows each user to save their own preferred Reporting Settings for future use. By setting up your preferred settings you will be able to generate your reports with your favorite details going forward.
Follow these steps to save your report settings:
- Log into your HotSchedules account and select the Reporting tab.
- Select any report. Once in your desired report select the Report Details that you would like to save from now on. For example, you can select PDF from the Output menu if this is always how you prefer to generate reports.
- After your Report Details are filled out to your liking you may select the Save Report Settings button. It will be at the top of the report window.
Once these settings have been saved, all applicable reports will now generate with your saved details. The report settings are saved to individual user accounts, so different managers for the same location may have different settings configured.
