As part of the migration of customers from Hiring Manager to PeopleMatter Fourth are providing, upon request, copies of data from the Hiring Manager platform that relate to onboarding documents as part of the migration to “offboard” a customer from this platform.

What is the size of my offboarding data file?
The size of your offboarding data is dependent on the number of employee and applicant files that were in your Hiring Manager account and can range in size of gigabytes
How long will it take for me to download my data from the SFTP?
The length of time it takes for your data to download will depend on its size. It could take anywhere from several minutes to several hours.
How and where do I store this data?
The selected folder/files will download to your desktop and may take some time to complete based on how much data you have and the speed of your internet connection. Once downloaded, the compressed/zipped files will need to be unzipped/extracted in order to be viewed. ** Please ensure you have suitable storage available on the device you connect to your secure SFTP site from and which you wish to download your Hiring Manager data to**
Some of my employee files are missing I9s or other onboarding data, why is that?
If you notice missing data it is due to employees not starting or completing onboarding in the Hiring Manager system. You will not see those files as they were not completed during onboarding.
Where can I find my application data?
The Applications are provided in a separate sub folder titled application_data
Why does my Application file look like it does?
Application data is provided in the form of compressed CSV files. Please note: We are not able to send the applications in a different format (i.e. PDFs) due to the nature of how this particular set of data was stored in the Hiring Manager system.
What is the Personal Information document?
This is a document that was created within Hiring Manager for every employee as a summary of their record, despite its level of completion.
Is proof of identification included in CSV file? (uploaded I-9 docs)
Yes. These will be under a folder titled Uploaded Documents.
