What’s Changing?
The dynamic fixed costs will be displayed as sub-costs to the fixed costs if any exist.
Reason for the Change
To maintain existing functionality from the old Scheduling user interface to the new one.
Customers Affected
All HR UK & Payroll-integrated Scheduling customers.
Release note
For fixed costs to appear in the weekly totals, an organisation setting needs to be applied by a system administrator.
- From the Scheduling homepage, go to Settings > Organisations
- Select Edit against the required Organisation
- Tick the box against Fixed costs and then Save

When dynamic fixed costs are configured and sent from HR UK & Payroll, they will be displayed as sub-fixed costs.

If there are only fixed costs they will be displayed in one line without the possibility to expand the line.
