What's Changing?
In the Mass Copy Recipes workflow, an option has been added to exclude the copied recipes from the original recipes' recipe set. This option is available to organisations that do not have 'set type' enabled.
Reason for the Change
Reduces data maintenance by eliminating the extra step of manually removing recipe copies from the original recipes' recipe set.
Customers Affected
All customers using the Mass Copy Recipes functionality who do not have 'set type' enabled for their RME application.
All Inventory customers will have 'set type' enabled so the above change is not relevant to their use of Mass Copy Recipes.
Release Note Info/Steps
When 'set type' is not enabled (global configuration setting) and when a recipe is copied via Mass Copy, at step 3 in the workflow, an option has been added to include the recipe copies in the original recipes' set.
A tick box, which is ticked by default, can be unticked to exclude the recipe copies from the original recipe's set.
If the box is ticked, the copies will be published to both the original recipes' recipe set and the target recipe set.
Recipe copies will always be published to the target recipe set. The tick box does not impact publication to the target recipe set.
Fig. 4 - When 'set type' is not enabled, a new tick box is displayed on step 3 to include copied recipes in original recipes' recipe set
For organisations that have 'set type enabled', there has been a small refinement on step 3. The Type drop-down list now defaults to Trial.
Fig.5 - When 'set type' is enabled, the 'Type' drop-down list will default to Trial (set type)
