What’s Changing?

On the Scheduling page the Actions drop-down menu will be split into two - Manage and View. 

Reason for the Change

The main reason for this change is regrouping logically the different actions and allowing the users to list the external links in the view menu.

All Scheduling customers.

Release Notes

Currently, when using the Weekly view in the top-right corner of the Scheduling page (in Revenue and Activity-Based Scheduling), the Actions drop-down menu appears as shown in Fig.1, as do the Reorder and Copy/Move Shifts buttons.

After this release, the Actions drop-down will be replaced with two separate menus: Manage and View.

The Reorder and Copy/Move Shifts buttons will also be repositioned, as shown in Fig.2.

The Manage drop-down will contain:

• Approve by Departments
• Payments
• Lieu Days
• Templates - with subsections:
  • Save Template
  • Load Template
  • Load Previous week
• Set shifts - with subsections:
  • Save Set Shifts
  • Load Set Shifts

The View drop-down will contain:

• Download Schedule PDF
• Labour Cost Report
• Passive hours
• All external links that the customer would like to access from the Schedule page
