Zero hours contract employee who is more than 12 months employed and lately has worked more/less than April last year. Should we still keep the amount of hours paid in April 2019?
eg. April last year 40hs - last six month 20hs. Another question: I have an employee who has worked 44.5 hs average in April 2019. Should I add this amount of hours on Fourth? Thanks.
