The quantities and cost value for this report - is this based on current inventory period? if not what is the quantity based on.  is there a report which shows all inventory units for all hotels?

Hi Jordan,  I have it available in Central purchasing , I don't know if you have this or have access to this?​ In our small hotel group this is where products and suppliers are controlled.

​I find the vendor spend report is useful for total spend & the Purchase history report is also good for looking at purchases in more details - can run report per vendor, category -
