What options are available for customers who have SY-785 devices and would like to retain T&A functionality?

  Hello,

  If you wish to continue using your current SY-785 devices they can be reconfigured to integrate using Synergy Connect Middleware. Costs can be found here.

  As the SY-785 devices will be end-of-life at the end of 2023 you might want to take this opportunity to upgrade your existing devices to newer Biometric devices, options of which can be found here

  We also support T&A feeds from a variety of PoS providers which you can discuss with your Customer Success Manager.

   

  If you use (or are intending to use) our Scheduling module we also have a new tablet based eClock coming soon which your Customer Care representative can talk to you about.
