What is the timeframe for the SY-785 Upgrade Project?

This project is to upgrade the existing integration to the latest technology - when will the current integration stop working?

  All SY-785/780 devices will need to be either reconfigured, replaced, or retired by the 1st of March 2023. Beyond that point they will no longer be able to connect to Fourth using their existing method.

   

  As the SY-785 Devices will be end of life in 2024 and we will no longer be able to guarantee support for them, this might be a good opportunity to look at upgrading your estate to newer solutions.
