    There is no need to change your existing hardware, you can continue to use your SY-785 devices but they will require a change to their configuration in order to connect using the Synergy Connect Middleware. This can only be done by an engineer on the device itself.

    Please contact your customer care manager if you would like to discuss an engineer visit to reconfigure your devices. Full costs can be found here
