The PO is already created , the vendor called last day to say the product is delayed ... we want to change the delivery date in the PO and put another delivery date. We use to do this all the time but we have admin access , where can we give that access?

Thank you for your query & patience as we looked into this further.
If a PO is created with items that require approval, changing any aspect of the PO requires an approval limit above that of the PO so users cannot circumvent approval processes.
