    Hi Bonnie Montes-Uresti,

    Thank you for your query & patience as we looked into this further.

    If a PO is created with items that require approval, changing any aspect of the PO requires an approval limit above that of the PO so users cannot circumvent approval processes.

    This may be an access issue specific to your property configuration, so I'll convert this post into a Technical Support Ticket & the Support Team will be in touch directly so you can provide screenshots, examples, etc. related to this question.
