Increased pay rates for close shift employees

We need to review a new payment for people who are working past 10pm and will be eligible for 1.5 x salary.

This only applies to those individuals that are on a “close” (i.e. not ending at 10:30pm).

Can we explore options including a report from T&A to show employees working after 10am?

Hi James Krumins,

Thank you for your post, while the system doesn’t currently have the functionality to automate this, you would be able to use the ‘Detailed Shift List including Holiday Hours’ Export. This will display employees' shift start and end times as well as shift codes- so you will be able to filter the employees that are eligible for the enhanced payment.

We will also take this suggestion and record it as an idea with our Product Team.
