Please could you share the report for the following:
- Re-enrolment dates into the Auto-Enrolment Scheme
- Employees who have opted out in AEMS, including their reasons

Hope you are well.
Automatic Enrolment dates can be reported on via custom reporting along with opt out dates.
However, when you opt out, no reason is entered so this can not be reported on.
