Hi team-

We're looking at turning on the Passive Hours functionality in Fourth. I've read the overview document however can I double check, for passive shifts, is Tronc assigned?

Thanks for the question!

Tronc is assigned based on the working hours entered into the Rotas Module.

As passive shifts are Scheduling specific, we would need to see examples where Tronc is not being assigned.

We would advise that a Support ticket is created by Amita, citing specific examples, for further analysis by the team.
