Hello,
One of the departments (Commissary) that uses Adaco for The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel has the following issues and we need that sorted to make the system function as smooth as possible. This department is central to the hotel.
Please note the following system limitations and operational challenges currently affecting our processes:

We are unable to utilize by-products (such as fish and meat trimmings) to create and post new recipes. For example, beef trimmings/beef mince cannot be incorporated into recipes in Adaco. We see this with Beef Patties and Lamb Patties.
- We are requesting the implementation of Finished Goods Bin Cards to assist with monitoring variances. This would enable more accurate tracking and reconciliation of inventory movements.

At times, we are unable to post the exact quantities of items produced, even when the correct quantities are reflected within the system. This discrepancy negatively impacts the accuracy of finished goods inventory as we have to make adjustment to post.

There is an ongoing issue with items not being accurately deducted after posting, whether within Production or Finished Goods. Quantities are often automatically rounded up or down, which creates variances across both categories.
