How to report on absences in hours

Is there any way to report on absences in hours - to understand where a shift isn't worked, how many hours an individual was due to work?

Hi Caroline, 

Thank you for raising this query and we hope you're well!

You might look at The Weekly Overview Report (specifically version V3). It primarily contains:

  • Sales Budget figures, which appear on the Budgeted Sales line.
  • Wage target % figures, which appear on the Budget Wage% line.
  • Absence data, including absences in hours and part-day absences, which are included in the total hours calculation.
