Hey Marian Achim,

Thanks for your post,

For the first point regarding the Purchase Quantity Column, our best practise would be to use the Counting App that you have available to conduct your Inventory as the Counting App will only show one counting option, if your products have the Purchase Unit & Inventory Unit being the same. This would avoid confusion as then users only see one unit to count in. More information around the Counting App can be found here: Adaco Mobile: Counting App,

For your second point regarding the Requesting Unit that users see in Outlet Requisitions, this is based on what you have configured against the Product Master against the Inventory Unit. If we take the example you provided of the Champagne which you purchase as a Case of 6 Bottles, if the Inventory Unit against the Product Master is set to 'Bottle', this will then be the default Requesting Unit when users are raising Outlet Requisitions to your Cellar,

Alternatively, you can use the Ordering App and create Market Lists whereby the items in the Market Lists are by the Inventory Unit only i.e. Bottle, so when the Outlets then use the Ordering App they can only request by the Bottle. More details around this can be found here: Adaco Mobile: Ordering App,

Hope this helps,

Best,

Pritesh
