- On the absence section can they either remove or change the wording next to the tick box: Evidence seen? This box must be checked for sick pay to be calculated and paid, if applicable. ? They are having issues with managers missing this box and pay not going through. Pls. advise if this box still needs to be ticked for SSP to be processed as it should be paid regardless if an SSP absence type is selected.
- Currently preferred names are shown on the rota. Can preferred names also be shown rather than legal names in the group pages? They have employees who are going through the process of changing their name and do not want other employees to see their legal name. If this is not possible, is there any other way around this?
