The second point is needs to be wider than Rotas. We need to have the ability to have a legal identity for Payroll, Pensions etc... where access to this information is for select personnel in Payroll and HR and the ability to have a work identity to protect the sensitivity of our employees. There needs the ability to have preferred first name and preferred last name as this is being used differently across our business.
