Do you know of a report that we can run on Fourth to show us all employees who have opted out of the pension scheme?

Hi Emma,

Unfortunately there is currently no report on the system which can audit this data, however you can follow the below path to easily view who has signed the Work Time Directive:
 
HR > Employees > Employee Batch Update > Employee Attribute - WTD Signed > Filter by location or division if required > Search
