Hi team,

We're looking at the most efficient way to record lateness from employees into the system. I've had a look at the Custumer Success Portal, but haven't found anything specific to this. At the moment managers are adding a 'note' on the shift within scheduling, which doesn't talk to the HR module. So either me or the manager have to then go to HR module and add a comment to the employee's profile. I'm wondering if there's a more effective way to record these that would also have an option to pull reports, like it can be done for absences for example?

Regarding this, you can check it under Rotas > Time & Attendance > T&A Detail Report

Hi Manuel,

Thank you for your response. 

However, what I'm looking for is an easier way to record lateness to start with. Following the report you suggest, I had a quick look and data doesn't seem correct. Employee 204 has clocked in and out every shift on week commencing 27/04, however on this report it's showing with the red exclamation mark meaning T&A Data Missing.

Hello Blanca, 

Here’s a report you can try checking to see if it’s more efficient for reviewing late clock-ins:

Rotas > Reports > Exports > Forecast vs Actual vs Paid Hours (Daily or Weekly)

This report can be run to see who has clocked in along with their forecasted hours.

However, I don’t think there’s a specific lateness report that they can run, but this would be a great idea request.
