Forecast Vs Actual Worked Report

I need a report which shows the following weekly:

• Forecast Hours 
• Actual Hours Worked 
• Contracted Hours
• Pay Type
• Pay Rate
• Holiday Hours for the week 
• Absence for the week 
• Location / Name / Division / etc. 

The Forecast vs Actual vs Paid Weekly is not that far off - if it included holiday & absence I could probably use this for what I want - any suggestions?
