Multiple Employment - hourly rate field

Hi Fourth team,

Is it possible to disable the Hourly Rate field on Multiple employment for Employees, and for the rate to default to their main employment rate?

This is becoming difficult to manage due to the number of Multiple Employments across the business.

Hello Katie,

I hope you're well.

There is a Global Setting called 'Keep Same Rate For Same Job Title In All Locations' that can be enabled in the portal.

Please go to HR > Company Admin > Global Settings > Default Employee Settings > Tick 'Keep Same Rate For Same Job Title In All Locations' > Save

The hourly rate field will then be disabled as the pay rate will always follow the main job title.
