Holiday Entitlement Calculation Following Reduction in Contracted Hours

We have an employee who currently works 40 hours per week on an annual salary. We are now revising his contracted hours to 32 hours per week and would like to understand how his holiday entitlement will be calculated on a pro-rata basis in this situation.
