Thai Leisure is currently in the process of reducing contracted hours from 45 to 40, which has been set up successfully in the system. However, the issue they are facing is around overtime. Any hours worked above the 40-hour contract are now being paid as additional hours. At the moment, when they review labour percentages in Fourth, these extra hours are not being reflected. The system appears to only calculate labour based on the 40-hour contracted salary for the week. Is there a way to ensure that the labour figures include these additional hours, so they can see a more accurate and up-to-date labour percentage each week? They have in house payroll & pension .
