Is possible to configure Fourth so that a Manager cannot schedule a shift for an employee that has been off sick until they have confirmed a return to work interview has been completed following a period of sickness?
How would you suggest this is managed in the system?
Regarding this, if the employee is off sick and an absence has been created, it will not be possible to create shifts for the employee on those dates until they have a Return to Work (RTW) date. As long as they are on absence leave, shifts cannot be added.
Manuel Tapia thanks for this. Just to confirm, if the employee's absence has an end date, shift can be scheduled beyond this end date though?
