how to review 6 yrs of Rota data

Frazer Gander    how do we reinstate more than 2 years of Rota data in the scheduling module. Would like to see 6 yrs of data but can only pull 2.5 years.

Regarding this, yes, we can retrieve Rota data from six years ago. You will need to raise a support case so that we can coordinate with our internal team to unarchive the data from that period.

If you want Rotas unarchived (back on the portal) then we need the below info

  • Date Range (Rota Start and End date)
  • Specific locations or ALL locations
  • If the portal needs the Automated archiving job paused/delayed for the customer to review and attain all necessary information
