Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding this request.

Your Engage admin user is an individual user specially created to manage your engage settings.

This user is not linked to People System or has any company specific access.

This account is only used to administrate your Engage settings.

As long as that user has the credentials to log in this account will be able to modify your branding or other areas within Engage.

Normal users which have an account which can access Engage, this will then allow them to interact with posts or view documents until they are terminated.

To continue accessing their Engage admin, the user will simply need to log into the Engage Admin user which is uneffected by their termination in any way.
