RME - Recipes moving to Manual Calculation

We keep finding recipes moving to manual nutrition calculation without explanation, even when reviewing the audit events.

Is anyone else experiencing this? 

Can fourth comment on the scenarios that would lead and auto calc recipe nutrition to move to manual without user intervention?

Hi Jon Thorpe

Thanks for the post.  If you can provide some example recipes (via Fourth's Support Team) for which the behaviour described has been observed, the engineering team can investigate further.  If you had details such as 'when was the recipe last noticed to be auto-calculate' and 'when was it observed to have changed to manual calculation', this would help with the investigation.

This is the one called out as moving to manual without user intervention.  we've since moved it back to auto calc nutrition

Hi,

We also see the same issue when using the Find and Replace tool, we have pinpointed to the issue being where the new ingredient does not have a unit of measure conversion or missing a nutrition value. We also see this where we use a sub recipe in an existing recipe and nutrition value missing.
