Ethnicity in ESS

Hi

 

We are looking to start collecting ethnicity data, can employees update this themselves in ESS or does it need to be done through the Fourth Hospitality profiles?

  Hi Emma,

  I hope you re well.

  This is not something that can currently be updated in ESS and needs to be done in the employee record in HR.
