WFM - Sub divisions to limit access

What is the best way to set up People System so that managers within a certain division can have their own separate teams (sub divisions) and not be able to see employee details from employees in other teams?

Can you create any kind of sub division?

Hi there!

In People System, we have Locations and within each Location, there are Divisions.

Employees can be set up to have access to only specific divisions within a location, for example if Location 1 has Divisions A, B, and C, you can set someone up with the following access:

Location: 1

Division: C

 

That employee will then only have access to that division within that location - there is no further breakdown of Divisions into further groups such as Sub divisions.

Thanks Thomas Healey - so how would you recommend preventing people from 'seeing' other people in the same division but on a lower level of hierarchy to themselves?

Or is this simply no possible?
