Our company has a large number of employees who have been rehired between different locations. There seem to be an issue with the feed log sent to Flow Hospitality LMS platform as it prevents employees who have been terminated to be recreated by Flow if their termination date of old profile and continuous service start date/payroll start date are
My understanding is that this issue could be fixed if the payroll start date is set to the date on which employee started their new employment and continuous service start date is the date when the employment had originally started. Now, having tried this, it appears that Fourth is using the payroll start date (not the continuous service start date) for statutory purposes such as holiday allowance and sick pay entitlements etc.
Does anybody have the same issue and is there a way around this?
