Overtime for flexible employees

Can you please confirm that within the HR module that staff who are paid by rota can still have overtime setting applied (and given as Lieu).

The customer is under the impression that by selecting paid by rota this will override the overtime setting and so no lieu hours will be applied.

Hey Caroline Bethell,

 

Staff who are Paid By Rota can have Overtime settings applied to them, as Overtime feeds from the Contracts set up on the portal (and the number of hours they are contracted to).

Thanks Emma - just to confirm, so 'paid by the rota' will NOT override the overtime setting attached to the contracts which have job titles assigned

That is correct, selecting an employee to be Paid by Rota will not override the overtime settings that are set up against the Contract the employee is assigned to.
