Passive Hour report by employee not just site level

 The business would like to report on passive hours by employee

This would ideally be a scheduled report (configurable if weekly/daily) that can be sent via flat file on SFTP or via API

I hope you are well. We can obtain this data with the Team Hours Shifts API. You can either call this yourself if you already have the credentials, if not please contact your CSM to arrange.

 

Alternatively we could use Fourth Connect to call the API and provide the data in a CSV file - again, please contact your CSM for this so we can organise scope & quote.
