Changing the Rota Week

Hi there,

Please can you advise re the below

Change the rota week (visibility of Weekly Overview Report v3)

  • Problem – Only works for the sites which rota week run Monday to Sunday
  • Solution – Change the five sites to run to Friday to Thursday
  • Please can you guarantee that when I change the sites rota week to Friday to Thursday the report will 100% work for all sites as from the drop down all of the listed week start dates are Mondays

  • When you change the start day of your rotas, there are some considerations to look at - please see article for instructions and considerations when changing the day. https://help.hotschedules.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042292852-WFM-Rotas-Changing-a-Rota-Start-Day 
  • When the day has changed and all sites are aligned, all sites will show in the Weekly Overview report, however, the sites that have changed from a Monday to a Friday start day will not have past reports in the WO as the closed rota's start day will still be a Monday. (Please ask the Customer Care Team to check that your financial year start date is set up as a Friday to ensure that all reporting pulls through correctly).
