We would like to know how to ensure that agency records are not counted when we run 'View reports' for example the workforce population report.

Also, there is a drop down in HR to select 'paid by rota or 'contractor/agency staff'. However the agency staff appears twice, when we filter by rota nad by agency.

Any idas what settings we need to enhance? Thanks

  Hi Elsa Millansky,

  Thanks for getting in touch! 

  I have reviewed this and there isn't currently a way to get the Contractor/Agency Job Titles to not appear in Reports such as the Workforce Population Report.

  Regarding those on these types of Job Titles, as they are both set to be paid by rota and Contractor/Agency, they will appear in both lists when searched for via the Employee List.
