We set up an employee on Friday (EE 6061), however, although I can see all the details, no-one else is able to (her GM and others in the HR team). I have full access to Fourth as the company administrator for Fourth.
There is an error message on the Employee Information page, which states that a Fourth account could not be created due to an unknown error, please contact support, although I can clearly see her on the payroll portal and the rotas.
Please let me know what we need to do so that the hotel team have access to her details and can rota her accordingly.
