Analytics report for out of stock/non-delivered products for a particular supplier

Hi there, we have a supplier who is unable to report on out-of-stocks at line item detail from their end. I have looked on TradeSimple, Inventory and FA but can't see that detail. 

So, for example, we want to see that they are consistently out of stock of eggs or butter or blue roll.  I can see on the purchasing compliance tab that we might order 100 cases and only get 50, or order £100 worth of stock and only get £50 - but not that those out of stocks are always eggs. Where can I see that at company level?
