report needed / request

We have a report open to us called ‘recipes with menu descriptions’ that’s pulls information from ‘recipe name’ and ‘menu description’

is it possible to change this to pull information from ‘recipe name’ and ‘description’ and create a bespoke report for us

Also can we get it turned on in the filtering options to select by menu ?
