Hi - I've seen two older questions/posts about this, but not a sufficient answer.

I need to see the colleague details (including job title, reports to) as of a specific date in the past, 01st November 2025 (today is 09th February 2026). 

Is there any way of obtaining this data with the fields as they were back in November, not the current day values?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your question.

Analytics stores employment history data so it is possible to report on historic job titles by using the 'Time in Current and Previous Roles' report within 'Length of Service' tab (HR dashboard). Unfortunately the solution does not store who the employee reports to.
