We see that your query was also raised (and answered) via our Support Team. We will paste in some information from that support ticket here so that it may be useful for other customers in the future.

To refund the student loan deductions already made, you can do this directly within the employee’s record by following the steps below:

  1. Add a stop date to the student loan on the employee’s profile
  2. Save the record
  3. Re-open the student loan record
  4. You should then see an option to refund the student loan
  5. You can then add a new student loan with a start date of 6 April so that the deductions begin again from that point
