We’re aware of an issue where historical WFM release notes have been unintentionally sent via email to subscribed customers. This was caused by a technical issue during a bulk update within our help center tooling. The process has now been force-stopped, and we are working to fully mitigate any remaining notifications that may still be in transit due to email delivery latency.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while this is resolved. No action is required from customers. You can remain subscribed to release notes and will continue to receive them as normal going forward.
