NMW Compliance report

Hi Fourth,

We're conducting a review to ensure our salaries meet NMW requirements and are currently looking at the following report in Fourth: Payroll > Reports > Exports > NMW/ NLW for past periods

(Ref: Release Notes WFM: NMW NLW for Tax Year Export Bureau – Fourth & HotSchedules Customer Success Portal)

Could you please confirm if this is the best report to use?

Also, I’ve noticed that holiday hours are not included in total actual hours used for hourly pay rate calculation, which seems incorrect. Is it possible to amend the configuration of this report to match our requirements?

Hello,

We can confirm and recommend to use the NMW/NLW report to audit NMW.

There is a setting that will exclude a payment type from NMW. You may audit this by running a report via pathway: Payroll > Export> Payment Types> Run Report> Filtet to Column J.

If you wish to include hol hours to NMW, please amend the payment type setting.
