Changing Sales budget for sites closed on Xmas day

sales budgets on scheduling - we upload the weekly total budget and this is then split by the daily percentages that are set for each site. As far as I know these percentages can’t be changed for individual weeks, they are set for the whole year. However, some of our sites are not open on Christmas Day and so the budget for the week is showing a figure on that day. Are we able to change this at all?
