- Their contracts are based on annualised hours.
- specifically, 2,184 hours per calendar year, with a notional average of 42 hours per week.
- The contract also mentions 19.6 days of annual leave, including eight public holidays.
Could you please confirm:
- Is the holiday entitlement of 19.6 days correct for this arrangement?
- Where should we record the annualised hours (2,184) in Fourth?
- FTE - If we’ve entered 42 hours in the contractual hours section and 3.5 FTE over 42 hours in the FTE section. Is this a correct way?
