Thanks for the question!

Regarding Holiday Entitlement, this is determined by the FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) value set within the Job Title settings via:
HR > Company Admin > Job Titles > Select Job Title > Edit Default Holiday Settings

This section defines the default holiday settings for a full-time FTE under that job title.

If required, this can be overridden with a prorated amount for individual employees by updating their Employment Details via:

HR > Employees > Employee List > Search & Select Employee > Employee Info > Employment Details > FTE Override

If you would like us to review specific employee setups or entitlement details, please raise a ticket so we can investigate further.

Regarding Annualised Hours, as working hours are recorded via a weekly rota, the system currently does not support recording annualised hours directly on an employee’s record.
