Supplier and product removal

Hi,

Do you know if it’s possible to remove a supplier from Inventory? We would like to remove a few that are no longer in use

Also we have a supplier and would like to remove a number of drinks from them as our restaurants need to order these from another supplier for contractual obligations. Can you let me know if this is possible?

Hi,

I hope you are well.

You can archive a supplier from Inventory using the path below;

Inventory > Set Up > Browse Suppliers > Find and Select Supplier > Edit > Archive Supplier

It's worth mentioning that all products assigned to the supplier need to be archived/removed from the supplier before this can be done, which may be quite laborious.

Therefore, it may be worth having a conversation with the solutions team on the best way to go about this and how to clean out the portal.

In regards to archiving products from suppliers, you can look at the article below which explains how to do this.

But you are unable to archive products in bulk from Inventory and RME, therefore it may be worth reaching out to the solutions team again on the best way to go about this.
