Hi team, 

Break compliance – is there a report that we can pull to show how many breaks are being taken off people e.g. so they didn’t have a break?

Apprenticeship – where we have someone on 6 hours per week training and on a 40 hour contract it automatically applies 6 hours per week to training and 34 to the schedule-why is this?

Regarding break compliance, there is a report that may be useful for reviewing break information, called the T&A Detail Report. This report provides detailed Time & Attendance data for any specified date range and can be filtered by location, division, job title, and more.

To access the report, please follow the steps below:
Rotas > Time & Attendance > T&A Detail Report > Filter Dates/Location > Search

This should give you a clear overview of the relevant break data.

As for your query regarding apprenticeships – where an employee has 6 hours per week allocated to training within a 40-hour contract – the system will automatically assign 6 hours to training and 34 hours to the schedule.
