Hi Community 

Is there any way I can turn on the Holiday Accrual but have the Hourly Holiday Pay element used for the calculation of NICs?

Thanks for the question!

You can set this up via the Wage Function Settings in the Rota module:

Rotas > Administration > Wage Function Setting

In order for a wage element to include the calculation of NI, you would need to tick 'NI Calc' by the Wage Element.
