Absence from work report

Is it possible to set up an automated report that identifies employees who haven’t worked for three weeks or more, and have that report sent to me on a weekly basis?

If not is tis something I can build manually and if so, how?

Unfortunately there is no report like this on the system, nor can you build one. You would need to raise an ideas request for this.
