Hi Community, 

When using e-Sign, if a specific document is amended in Docusign, will this automatically amend all copies of that document already uploaded into Fourth?

Hi Violeta Santamaria,

Yes, any changes made to documents in DocuSign will immediately update those documents in HR. We strongly advise to check the mapping in HR before sending for signature. Any documents sent for signature before the update will not be updated, as you would expect.
